HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE

HI I hope everyone has had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year

I have been working in collaboration with Dr Alpanseque to refine the design to be comfortable, breathable, washable and have adjustable straps for a better fitting mask. Dr Alpanseque has kindly taken the time to make a video demonstrating the design and efficiency of the masks.

"The scientists believe the high efficiency of hybrid fabrics is due to combined mechanical and electrostatic filtration. For example, while tightly woven cotton prevents particles from passing through gaps in the fibers, silk provides an electrostatic charge which traps particles."

I have a range of fabrics to choose from and can order fabrics in for you but you will have to consider the waiting time for this. If you would like an embroidered animal or other design on the mask I can hand embroider this myself.

I have been working on the design and fabrics of masks.

I am using 100% cotton for the outer and inner fabric and 100% pure Mulberry Silk for the inner filter pocket. Silk is the best fabric to wear next to the skin it also has static properties which repels liquids.

The mask below show's the mulberry silk filter pockets.

The fabric for this mask is Mermaid Scales.

Good evening, I hope everyone is well and staying safe, I have been working on new mask designs...

Masks can be made to measure with whichever personal design you choose:

I have been working in collaboration with a health professional, Dr Alpanseque, whom has kindly given her time to help me to improve the design of my masks. They now feature adjustable straps for a better fit, space at the front for easier breathing and a better fitting design.

I am still researching materials and design to improve further on this design.

Hand embroidered rainbow on Linen with 100% silk filter pocket, 3 layer mask which when a filter is added will make 6 layers. Personalised embroidered, applique design available, just state what you would like when ordering.

This image shows the silk filter pocket on the inside of the mask. Silk is reported to be the best fabric to wear next to the face.

Good morning, today I am posting my new designs for face masks.

These will be made to order and made to fit.

This is the inside of the mask showing the filter pocket.

I also give them adjustable straps for comfort and a better fit.

Here is some information which may be helpful when measuring for a mask:

Washable, breathable and comfortable.

MATERIALS: Outer layer 100% cotton, second layer polyester cotton, third layer (filter pocket) pure silk, which is comfortable next to the face.
